This document governs the use of Jewels of Jae (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Company”) and all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms, policies, and disclaimers.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
  • Carrier Services: Orders are shipped via carriers such as USPS, Fedex, or UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and are not guaranteed by Jewels of Jae.
  • Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, Jewels of Jae only ships within the continental United States.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses.
  • Risk of Loss: Once packages are tendered to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. Jewels of Jae is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered.
  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $200 USD or more (before tax and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged in transit, Jewels of Jae is not liable. However, as a courtesy, customers may contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review each case individually and assist in determining next steps, which may include filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping costs, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Product Variations: Crystals are natural minerals and may vary in color, size, shape, and pattern. These variations are not considered defects.
  2. Intuitive Picks: If a customer purchases an “intuitively chosen” item, selection is final and subjective. Customers understand that sizing or appearance may differ from personal expectations. Jewels of Jae ensures that the monetary value of the item(s) is always met or exceeded.
  3. Accuracy of Listings: While we strive to ensure product descriptions and photos are accurate, slight variations may occur.
  4. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or violation of policies.
  5. Limitation of Liability: Jewels of Jae shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, arising from the use or purchase of our products.
  6. Age Requirement: Purchases must be made by individuals 18 years or older, or with the consent of a parent/guardian.

Checkout Agreement Clause

By completing a purchase with Jewels of Jae, you (“the Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. You have read, understood, and agree to abide by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
  2. You understand that all sales are final and that Jewels of Jae does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  3. You acknowledge that crystals are natural items and may vary in color, size, shape, and appearance.
  4. You agree that once an order is shipped, Jewels of Jae is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, and that claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.
  5. You understand that all metaphysical or healing descriptions are provided as cultural, educational, or entertainment purposes only and do not replace professional, medical, or psychological advice.
  6. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have permission from a parent/guardian to make this purchase).
  7. You consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
