Hi loves! I’m Jaena (Jae) — a registered nurse living in the SoCal mountains with my husband and our two fur babies: Nico the Shih Tzu and Autumn the calico. I’m grateful for a quiet life close to nature and the chance to share pretty stones and handmade things with you.

When I have free time, I enjoy crocheting, rockhounding, visiting crystal shops, and making jewelry. Jewels of Jae is my little corner to spread joy, softness, and sparkle — thank you for being here. 💕

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared with care within 2–7 business days. Once shipped, timing depends on the carrier. You’ll receive tracking to follow your sparkle’s journey.

Where do you ship?

At this time I ship within the continental United States. I’m hoping to expand soon. ✈️🌎

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $200 (before tax/discounts) ship free. 🎉

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once a package is with USPS/UPS, delays and losses are outside my control. I’m not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries, but I’ll gladly help by answering questions and pointing you to the right carrier contacts to start a claim.

What’s an intuitive pick?

Intuitive picks are chosen just for you, guided by gentle vibes. If a crystal happens to be on the smaller side, I’ll add more of that same crystal so the total value matches your purchase.

Are crystals “magical”?

Crystals are natural beauties. Many people enjoy their meanings and symbolism, but they aren’t a substitute for professional advice or medical care. Think of them as sparkly companions that support the intention you already carry.

Caring for your crystals

• Keep them in a safe, clean spot.
• Avoid harsh, direct sun for long periods.
• Cleanse with moonlight, gentle sunlight, or simply with loving intention.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of crystals, returns and refunds aren’t accepted.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If something is damaged in transit, please email clear photos of the item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery. While I’m not responsible for carrier damage, I’m happy to assist and help you get in touch with the right folks to explore next steps.
